Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Join Toria’s Support Care Services as a Direct Support Professional and help provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with disabilities and older adults in our residential homes. DSPs assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, meals, medication support, community activities, and maintaining a safe, supportive home environment while encouraging independence, dignity, and choice. -Pay: $15.00 per hour -Schedule: Evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts may be required -Location: Toria’s residential facilities -Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; two years of related experience preferred
RN/LPN Team Lead
Toria’s Support Care Services is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Team Lead to provide nursing care, clinical oversight, and leadership within our residential programs. This position combines hands-on nursing responsibilities with staff leadership and resident-care oversight. The Team Lead supports medication management, health monitoring, clinical documentation, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and coordination with physicians, pharmacies, families, and other members of each resident’s support team. -Pay: $35.00 per hour -Employment: Hourly / Non-Exempt -Location: Toria’s residential programs -Qualifications: Current Florida RN or LPN license, graduate of an accredited nursing program, and a minimum of two years of nursing experience -Benefits: Eligible employees may receive one week of paid vacation and 32 hours of paid sick leave per year
Group Home / ALF Supervisor
Toria’s Support Care Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Group Home / ALF Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned residential home. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for supervising and supporting staff, coordinating schedules and shift coverage, overseeing resident care and services, maintaining required documentation, and helping ensure the home remains safe, organized, and prepared for regulatory requirements. The Supervisor also serves as a key point of communication between residential staff, management, families, and members of each resident’s support team. -Pay: $21.00 per hour -Employment: Hourly / Non-Exempt -Location: Assigned Toria’s residential facility
Driver / Vehicle Maintenance
Toria’s Support Care Services is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Driver with basic automotive maintenance experience to support transportation needs across our residential programs. This position includes safely transporting residents, staff, and supplies throughout the Tampa area while helping keep company vehicles clean, inspected, maintained, and ready for daily use. Candidates should be reliable, professional, comfortable assisting individuals with disabilities, and have practical knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair. -Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications -Employment: Full-time or part-time -Location: Tampa and surrounding service areas -Requirements: Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, driving experience, and basic automotive maintenance/repair knowledge
Referral & Community Outreach Coordinator
Toria’s Support Care Services is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to help develop qualified residential referrals and strengthen our community referral network. This role focuses on building relationships with Waiver Support Coordinators, case managers, hospitals, social workers, guardians, community organizations, and other referral sources throughout the Tampa Bay area. Responsibilities include community outreach, responding to referral inquiries, coordinating facility tours and follow-up, and maintaining an organized pipeline of prospective residential referrals. -Schedule: Flexible; opportunity may begin on a part-time basis -Service Area: Tampa Bay and surrounding areas -Compensation: Based on experience, qualifications, and scope of services -Preferred Experience: APD services, Medicaid Waiver programs, residential placement, case management, healthcare, social services, admissions, or community outreach
